Our sessions include a combination of resistance and cardio exercises, with a focus on building strength and burning body fat while having some fun along the way. And it all happens in the great outdoors - with a good dose of fresh air and vitamin D for free!
All fitness levels are catered for, from beginner to advanced, with an emphasis on ensuring everyone is working to their own capabilities.
Full fitness assessments are available and tailored programs can be developed to ensure you're on track to achieve your personal wellness goals.
